Simple question.
Regardless of GB/GBC/GBA – talking amongst friends on Discord the other day, it’s insane the chokehold that Pokemon had on us millennial handheld gamers in the late 90s/early 2000s.
There were a couple not-so-surprising surprises amongst a dozen of us – A Link’s Awakening, Tetris, and Super Circuit were three exceptions. One went back and forth on Wario World vs. Pokemon. But for at least half of us, it was a Pokemon game.
